- Uniform price charged on actuals
- The tuition fee includes all taxes.
- Fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fees must be paid exclusively via bank transfer. Parents are required to bear the remittance charges.
- Books and other teaching materials will be charged based on actual costs.
- Kohana International School plans to organize two field trips per year for all students. Field trips will be charged on the actual expense basis.
- Internships, industrial visits, and educational tours will be arranged, with expenses charged at actual cost.
- Fees for optional competitive and external examinations, such as MAP, SAT, Tokyo Academics Spell Bee, JISMO, and Olympiads, will be payable by parents on their actual costs.
- Parents are responsible for covering the fees for assessments and examinations organized by the affiliated bodies, including mandatory evaluations such as Cambridge CEM Baseline, Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS-Level, A-Level etc.
- Default in making the payment of the school fee/external examination fee will result in appropriate action by the School Management.
- A late payment fee of 100 yen per day will be charged if tuition fees are paid after the deadline.
- A sibling discount on tuition fee of 15% is applicable.
- Parents will bear the costs of any optional special coaching or training fees for activities not included in the regular school program.
